The City of Edinburgh Council are looking to procure a suitably qualified Care at Home service or Specialist Supported Accommodation service to provide the management of/ and supply of high-quality carers to support the care for an 18 year old young woman (E) who has a diagnosis of Autism, Hyperacusis, Mysophonia, OCD and can display challenging behaviour. Care at Home service - The staffing ratio would begin at 3:1 24 hours a day but will be subject to review and possibly reduce depending on E's level of need. Specialist Supported Accommodation service - The staffing ratio would begin at 3:1 24 hours a day but will be subject to review and possibly reduce depending on E's level of need.
