Notice Description
The Scottish Police Authority and Police Scotland (hereafter referred to as 'the Authority') has released this PIN as a Request for Information (RFI). The purpose is to gather information from the marketplace to help develop the scope of potential procurement options related to the provision of Occupation Health services and Employee Assistance Programme. Engaging with you (and others in the marketplace) will ensure you have an opportunity to help the Authority better understand the market's capacity and to shape any future procurement exercise for the benefit of the Police Service of Scotland (Police Scotland). Further information is provided in the RFI document attached to this notice.

The Authority has released this PIN as a Request for Information (RFI) to potential suppliers of Occupational Health services and Employee Assistance Programme. The publication of this PIN will be used to undertake preliminary market consultation and to inform the market of the Authority's intention to procure Occupational Health services and Employee Assistance programme. The scope of any future procurement exercise has not been fully defined. The information received in this RFI will be used to help identify any points for improvement to meet the current and future needs of staff / officers working for the organisation. The information provided by potential suppliers in response to this PIN will assist in developing the requirements for a formal procurement. This exercise is being carried out in advance of any formal procurement exercise. It is not a pre-qualification or tendering exercise. At this point in time no date for the formal procurement exercise is known. Additional information: A Request for Information document, including response template, has been uploaded to this Notice. Please complete and return the attached RFI document by 5pm, Friday 24th June 2022. These should be submitted to hannah.dobby2@scotland.police.uk
