Notice Description

Newport City Council (hereinafter referred to as the Council) invites tenders in accordance with the service specification for a block contract for the supply of Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD) Primary provision in their own premises in the City. The contract will commence on 2nd September 2022 for a three-year period with a possible option to extend for a period of up to 2 years, extended on an annual basis subject to review.

The Council's invites tenders from experienced SEBD providers to supply Primary Provision in premises situated in the City for a block contract of 12 places which is to expand to 20 to to be able to reduce 'out of county' placements during the period of the contract. Additional information: The estimated value stated in 11.2.6 includes the 8 additional placements required and the period of the contract including optional extension of up to 2 years.
