This is for the purchase of licence subscriptions for STFC to replace the expired educational licences

The purchase essential to many projects within STFC. Some products are needed for joint projects with external collaborators, some interface with other applications and instruments, some are already heavily integrated within existing processes

The contract was awarded without prior publication due in accordance with PCR 2015 Regulation 32.(2) (b)The negotiated procedure without prior publication may be used for public works contracts, public supply contracts and public service contracts in any of the following cases: (ii) competition is absent for technical reasons. The supplier contracted can meet exact requirements.
