This Framework Agreement comprises of two lots and these are. Lot 1 - The Outsourcing of the Physiotherapy Services. The requirement of this procurement is to secure physiotherapy services. Lot 2 - The Outsourcing of the Trauma Counselling. The requirement of this Lot is to have trauma counselling services.

The requirement of this procurement is to secure physiotherapy services. Such services are provided for those TfL colleagues referred by the business to the OH&W service. There is a business requirement to have physiotherapy services which are: * Able to deliver services closer to where our staff live and work * Able to deliver services at times more convenient to colleagues' needs * More flexible to cope with unforeseen demands
Renewal: This Contract will be for 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years
