"description": "Additionally, the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) is in the early stages of preparing to initiate a procurement process, via the Grants Framework, for the provision of a supplier to work alongside the MoJ as the Strategic Partner within the Electronic Monitoring Innovation Fund. The purpose of the Strategic Partner (SP) will be to undertake market analysis, engagement and assessment of opportunities, including ongoing management of an innovation project through to completion with innovators. The MoJ is, in advance of identifying the SP, seeking to stimulate interest from the EM community to begin to come forward with any EM innovations that may be thought to be of interest to the MoJ.",
