It is fundamental to the Council's day-to-day operations and is used throughout the organisation. S4/HANA is currently cloud hosted by SAP in their private data centre (HEC). SAP are moving hosting for existing customers to SAP's Microsoft Azure data centre as part of their RISE initiative. The Council has agreed to this transition to RISE.
