The Environmental Consultant shall consult with Regulators, Statutory Consultees and Key Project Stakeholders as required to inform the EIAR. The Consultant shall also be responsible for preparing information and applications for all necessary statutory consents required for both projects including; Planning Permission and Marine Licenses.",
