Derby City Council is seeking to appoint valuers to undertake Asset Valuations. The Council requires Asset Valuations to be undertaken for both the Commercial and the Residential Portfolios

Options: Contract to commence on the 12th September 2022 and will run until the 11th September 2025. With the option to extend for 2 years in annual increments.

Renewal: The contract is for an initial three year period which is due to commence on the 12/09/2022 until 11/09/2025 with the option to extend for a further two years in annual increments.
