Notice Description
To deliver a programme of innovative short break opportunities for young people on the edges of exploitation. The service will deliver the short-break model specifically for young people in Year 6 and above with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) who are showing early signs of potential vulnerabilities to exploitation but are below Children's social care or Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) threshold.
Lot Information
Lot 3 - South and Central Locality
To deliver a programme of innovative short break opportunities for young people on the edges of exploitation. The service will deliver the short-break model specifically for young people in Year 6 and above with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) who are showing early signs of potential vulnerabilities to exploitation but are below Children's social care or Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) threshold.
Options: up to a further 24 months extension options
West LocalityTo deliver a programme of innovative short break opportunities for young people on the edges of exploitation. The service will deliver the short-break model specifically for young people in Year 6 and above with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) who are showing early signs of potential vulnerabilities to exploitation but are below Children's social care or Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) threshold.
Options: up to a further 24 months extension option
Procurement Information
The Council have been unsuccessful in awarding through an Open Procedure Procurement Process for the below lots: * Lot 3 - South and Central Locality * Lot 4 - West Locality As a result, the Council used the Negotiated Procedure without Prior Publication for the provision of Lot 3 and 4, in line with Public Contract Regulation 32(2)(a) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
