The City of York Council is seeking to procure an integrated treatment and recovery service for alcohol and illicit drug users in York. This tender is categorised under health services and has been initiated under a tender process. The procurement is currently in the planning stage, with a key amendment increasing the total contract value to £925,705. This procurement opportunity presents a significant avenue for businesses specialising in health services, particularly those focused on addiction treatment and recovery. Companies with expertise in providing specialist services to adult substance users will be well-positioned to compete. The contract not only aims to enhance public health outcomes in York but also offers businesses a chance to contribute to community welfare while growing their operational footprint in the region.
