HEE are looking for a supplier to deliver this programme on behalf of HEE and welcome evidence of partnership working in order to maximise the impact for those taking up the programmes.<br/>HEE wishes to deliver the Mary Seacole Leadership Programme in a way that recognises the values of Mary Seacole through a leadership development offer aimed at nurses and midwives working in publicly funded services in Band 7 and above roles. <br/>We are seeking a provider who will deliver this programme which will include: <br/>* Promotion of the programme and the profile of the work of those on the programme<br/>* Undertake an open and transparent recruitment and selection process with a focus on ensuring diversity among those on the programme.<br/>* Ensure that quality improvement projects focus on reducing heath inequalities and improve outcomes within our BAME communities. <br/>* Celebrate the life and work of Mary Seacole and through the scholars ensure her values continue.
