                "description": "After consideration of the most recent clarification question and previous questions, NHS GG&C have carefully considered a number of different submission options to ensure the least impact and inconvenience for Suppliers regarding the size limits of Bid submissions. Therefore, bid submissions are required to be submitted slightly differently than as described in the Bidder Instructions. To ensure size limitations are mitigated, all Bid responses must be provided on a word document, containing a link to a Secure File Transfer, which should be uploaded to the this Tendering site. The word document should contain the name of the Supplier and third parties with a direct clickable link to the secure file transfer location. It is NHS GG&Cs preference that no password is used, however, if a password is required, then this should also be included within the Word document. It is the responsibility of the Supplier to ensure that the Link works and is accessible to NHS GG&C. Any responses received after the deadline of 9am on 4th October 2022 will not be accepted. It can also be confirmed that any documents or bid submissions with time stamps after this deadline will be disqualified and Suppliers will be excluded from the Procurement process. NHS SBS on behalf of NHS GG&C will review time stamps when completing the tender download following the tender deadline. For the avoidance of doubt this decision has been taken to ensure the least detrimental impact on suppliers and to ensure fairness, non-bias, transparency and equality. The Contract Notice relating to this Procurement will also be updated to reflect this change in submission format. Should any Supplier have issues with the bid submission approach please send a message via the messaging section of the SAP portal. However, it can be confirmed that no other clarification questions will be responded to."
