Lot 1

The service provider will develop a responsive service based within Quarryknowe Close, Auchinleck 24/7 all year round. The service provider will support and provide unscheduled care to 7 tenants who have a range of complex needs and be responsible for all night time, unscheduled and emergency care. The service provider will require to enter into a lease agreement with the Council for the accommodation occupied by them at Quarryknowe Close. Additional information: Terms is 4 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years
