Lambeth Council is seeking to appoint an experienced service provider to provide care and support for vulnerable adults in the boroughs' extra care schemes. The Council currently commissions seven extra care housing services providing around 330 homes for Lambeth residents.

Lot Information

LOT 1 Charleston House Lingham Court

LOT 1 Charleston House Lingham Court The value of Charleston House will be PS590,000 per annum, or PS4,130,000 over 7 years if the extension period is fully utilised. The value of Lingham Court will be PS680,000 per annum, or PS4,760,000 over 7 years if the extension is fully utilised.

Renewal: The contract award shall be for an initial 3 year term (February 2023 to March 2026), with the option to extend for up to a further 4 years.

LOT 2 Clarence Avenue

LOT 2 Clarence Avenue. The value of LOT2 will be PS600,000 per annum, or PS4,200,000 over 7 years if the extension periods are fully utilised.

Renewal: The contract award shall be for an initial 3 year term (October 2023 to September 2026), with the option to extend for up to a further 4 years.

LOT 3 Hillyard House

LOT 3 Hillyard House. The value of LOT 3 will be PS640,000 per annum, or PS4,480,000 over 7 years if the extension periods are fully utilised.

Renewal: The contract award shall be for an initial 3 year term (April 2023 to March 2026), with the option to extend for up to a further 4 years

LOT 4 Cheviot Gardens
