Notice Description
Database and Associated Online Communications Tool for DARO
Lot Information
Lot 1
DARO wishes to purchase a fully PCI compliant cloud-based database and an associated online communication tool that meet its key requirements. In order to meet these requirements, the database must be simple to view and update (including via the web), accessible on mobile devices, straightforward to query and report on, and capable of capturing the whole range of DARO's activities, including interactions, information regarding current and potential donors, volunteer management, and event management including invitations issued/attendance. We require unlimited user licences in order to roll out the database and communications tool to designated colleagues across the University. The database must be extremely easy to understand in the way in which information is displayed. Users - including those colleagues out with the department who have access - should be able to see at a glance all interactions with a constituent, their contact details, communications preferences, education details, employment details, giving (donation) history, potential donor information, which events they have attended, and which communications they have responded to etc.. No specialist knowledge should be required for users to be able to understand all of these aspects of the relationship with the constituent. Querying and reporting on the data held in the database must be intuitive and tailorable, with dashboards and a range of visualisations available. Querying and reporting must be relatively straightforward and the outputs simple to understand, including for users who have no specialist knowledge. Additional information: The estimated total value stated above in Section II.2.6 includes the initial 3 year contract period and the option to extend the contract for any periods up to and including 24 months.
Options: It is anticipated the contract will be for 3 years initially, with an option to extend for any periods up to and including 24 months.
