Help to Buy (Wales) Ltd ("HtBW") is the vehicle through which the Welsh Government provides financial assistance to enable qualifying applicants to buy a new build property on a new development, with the assistance of a shared equity loan. Further information relating to the specification for the Loan Administration System can be found in the Qualification Guidance document. Additional information: Further quality weightings as lack of space at in the weighting section: Training 2.25% Service Management - 3.75% Well being of future generations 10%

Renewal: The Contract will have an initial 4 year term with options to extend, at the sole discretion of the contracting authority, for up to three additional periods of two years each.
