LOT 1 - Domestic Energy Assessor - Direct Award Framework

The provision and lodging of domestic energy performance certificates ("EPC") to domestic properties on both a planned programme and ad-hoc basis under a Call-Off Contract awarded by NHMF Frameworx members. The provision of advice on energy matters to those members entering into Call-Off contracts with those members. Domestic Energy Assessors undertaking the EPC's will be required to must have as minimum Certificate in Domestic Energy Assessment or equivalent and be accredited to one of the schemes approved by the Government, For Further details refer to the ITT and Specification documentation. The provision of Retrofit Advisor services to give advice to the Client during the retrofit process, the evaluation of improvement options, the selection of improvement measures ("EEM"), the retrofit design, the operation and maintenance of installed measures and how to operate the domestic properties in an energy efficient way after retrofit. The provision of Retrofit Assessor services to undertake the retrofit assessment of properties in accordance with PAS 2035, including the production of an RdSAP assessment, a detailed floor plan, a condition report, and an occupancy assessment. The provision of Retrofit Co-ordinator services to formulate from the data provided medium term (20 -30 years) Improvement Plan, and to overseeing a retrofit project from inception to completion including all required liaison with Clients and other stakeholders. The provision of Retrofit Designer services in preparing options on the combination of EEM systems products, and materials to be installed in a property in order to achieve the required level of energy efficiency and other outcomes. The provision of Retrofit Evaluator services to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of a retrofit project and provide feedback to the Client and the project team.
