The provision will focus on developing practitioners and managers skills and knowledge of psychologically informed strategies and approaches to enhance their ability to identify or manage risks effectively and improve outcomes for families. The provider will support the implementation of the Signs of Safety practice framework and reinforce and sustain approaches as part of Suffolk's commitment to delivering the THRIVE framework. The provider will deliver a county-based model with a focus in each locality, and ensure effective relationships are built and sustained to support system driven working as the norm.
