It accommodates a 1980s ward block known as the Rehabilitation Building having an area of 1,764m2, a 1 1/2 storey newly refurbished X-Ray block of 122m2, a two-storey Victorian building for Community Services Management offices, a small, detached building shed and a redundant building. The site for the new diagnostics centre is the grassed area to the east of the Rehabilitation Building and bounded by a wooded strip to the north and the east towards Tuesley Lane.
