Where an instruction for any type of work agreed under the terms of this contract cannot be delivered within the agreed timescales, every effort must be made by the supplier to inform CCDC within one working hour of receiving the instruction or sooner so that an alternative provision can be made by CCDC to ensure that the work can still be completed within planned timescales to prevent any delays to its service.",
