If Urban Information Manoeuvre Force Elements have the ability to map, and spoof, RED and WHITE Forces' digital (online) and physical (including printed) information influence then they will be capable of directing more effective information manoeuvre to increase operational tempo and mass. Sub-hypotheses will be released in late Autumn 2023.",
