Notice Description

NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (referred to as the Commissioner) are inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to express their interest in delivering Children and Young People's Neurodevelopmental Diagnostic Service waiting list initiative services. This services supports the provision of assessment and diagnosis of neurodevelopmental conditions for Children and Young People, including but not limited to; Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and/or Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), in children and young people who do not have a learning disability. These services are to be provided across Norfolk and Waveney. The neurodevelopmental diagnostic service waiting list initiative is an interim service response to address current waiting lists for assessment and diagnosis.

NDD Services for Children 0-6 years of age

The purpose of this procurement exercise is to assist NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (ICB) in reducing waiting lists for neuro developmental assessments and restore provision to the expected NHS standard 18-week RTT within two years. This is an ambitious target. Any approach developed will assist commissioners in introducing both competition in the marketplace and new models to assessment and diagnosis of neurodevelopmental conditions. The service is being offered via 3 Lots. This is for Lot 1: NDD Services for Children 0-6 years of age.
