The solution will conduct 24x7x365 proactive monitoring and alerting to ensure risks and issues are dealt with in a proactive and efficient manner. The solution will need to provide alerting and communication to Leeds Beckett University to highlight issues and potentially, where appropriate, remediate issues before an incident occurs.
