Notice Description
The provision of the telephone helpline is to provide support, guidance and/or signposting information to serving personnel or to a family member of a serving person that is concerned about the mental health of that individual. A designated service is required for Service personnel to access at any time, 24hrs a day, but primarily out of hours.
Procurement Information
Combat Stress provide this service on a very much ad hoc basis at the moment and this 12 month provision of the Helpline is to formalise this and to allow time to assess if the requirement is to continue and if so, to facilitate a competition for the future requirement
