Primarily landside construction (Approx. 95% landside - 5 % airside) a. various construction stage interfaces with airside elements along with final transfer of landside site to airside operation b. contractors compound landside 4. Approx. 90% new build on brownfield site bounded by landside vehicular and passenger movements to the north, goods in yard to the east and the existing terminal to the south. 5. Approx. 10% reconfiguration of existing terminal which includes modifications to the existing Central Search facility (to become new commercial shell unit) and new consolidated car hire units with ancillary facilities. 6. Stage 4 design is finalised and current approx. new build areas comprise: a. Proposed ground floor new build: approx. 1525 sq.m. (with associated void area beneath first floor) b. Proposed first floor new build: approx. 3675 sq.m. c. External canopy: approx. 625 sq.m.",
