This procurement exercise is for a contract for the provision of Duodote autoinjectors which are to be held in the emergency planning stockpile to be deployed in certain emergency situations . Deliveries will be required over a period of 4 months from September 2022 through to 31 December 2022. Additional information: The contract value is withheld from publication as the Authority has deemed that its release would be contrary to the public interest.

Duodote autoinjectors are the only products available on the market which have been trialled and established by the ambulance service and Meridian Medical Technologies have exclusive rights to manufacture and supply this product, therefore using the negotiated procedure without prior publication is justified under Regulation 32(2)(b)(iii) PCR 2015 as amended.
