NHG was seeking to award a contract to a single service provider, the provider will be responsible for providing a Static Engineers located at the London and Essex sites stated below, the Static Engineers will be responsible for managing the specialist M&E (ppm) service requirement.
Options: To extend by a further 2 years
Procurement Information
The procurement was undertaken using the YPO DPS Framework 882under LOT 15 - Internal Fit-out and Maintenance agreement where all contractors were invited to bid. The Lot description met with all the static engineer service and maintaining requirements, and a full tender process was undertaken, and bids were scored on Quality and price and the bidder with the most advantageous bid won the contract.
