This is a full property management service contract that offers day to day on-site, financial and legal management services including management of the service charge for the Blythe Valley Innovation Centre.

Options: The initial term of the contract will be for the period of 5 years from commencement but may be extended by mutual agreement by 1 increment of 5 years to an expiry date no later than September 2033. The services will be subject of review 4th and 5th year, the results of those reviews will inform the Council's decision whether or not to offer any extension.

Renewal: An initial 5-year contract with the ability to extend further until 2033.
