Framework for the Supply of Upholstered Furniture, a Swatch Service and Logistics
Notice Description
This is a call for competition to establish a Multi Lot Framework of key suppliers to supply upholstered furniture, logistics and swatch service to the Contracting Authority's manufacturing site at Seaton Delaval in the North East of England or other locations as advised by the Contracting Authority. This Framework Agreement can be accessed by: Northumbria Healthcare Facilities Management Ltd (the Authority) a wholly owned subsidiary of Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The Framework is comprised of 6 Lots as further detailed in this notice.
Lot Information
Sofas, scatter cushions, chairs, ottomans, stools (BS 5852 Fire test of upholstered seating)
Lot 1 - Provision of Sofas, scatter cushions, chairs, ottomans, stools (BS 5852 Fire test of upholstered seating). Delivery to UK Customer Addresses for the above. Additional information: This Framework Agreement can be accessed by: Northumbria Healthcare Facilities Management Ltd (the Authority) a wholly owned subsidiary of Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. Values stated are indicative only and reflect estimated spend over the full duration of the framework.
Renewal: The Framework will be awarded for 2 years (initial term), with an option to extend for a further two x 12-month periods at the sole discretion of the Contracting Authority. Call Off orders can be placed under the Framework up until and including the last day of the Framework agreement.

Swatch Box ServicesLot 6 - Swatch Box Services Swatch Boxes are required to enable fabric samples to be supplied to prospective customers of the framework, upon request. Requirements may include small non-perishable items to be inserted in to boxes prior to dispatch, such as; teabags or hot chocolate sachets. Additional information: This Framework Agreement can be accessed by: Northumbria Healthcare Facilities Management Ltd (the Authority) a wholly owned subsidiary of Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. Values stated are indicative only and reflect estimated spend over the full duration of the framework.
