    "description": "Bidders must complete a Financial Viability template and submit 3 years audited accounts and pass the Council's Financial Viability assessment. Bidders must complete an insurance questionnaire and hold or commit to obtain the following insurance levels and maintain these throughout the duration of the contract: Employers Liability minimum GBP 10 million in respect of each claim without limit to the number of claims. Public Liability minimum GBP 5 million in respect of each claim without limit to the number of claims. Abuse Cover minimum GBP 5 million in respect of each claim, without limit to the number of claims or GBP 10 million in aggregate, policy should be arranged on a claims occurring basis. Professional Indemnity - GBP 5 million in respect of each claim and in the aggregate, to be maintained for 3 years on completion of their service.
