Great British Nuclear (GBN) is a new directorate set up within BEIS Nuclear to look at establishing a Government delivery body for the nuclear industry. This is in response to the recognised gap within the market for developer and wider supply chain solutions (out with any technology). External legal resource are required to support in advising on the setting up of the overall organisation and the appropriate legislation around it.
