Lewisham Council has awarded a contract to Westminster Homecare to deliver an Extra Care service at Phoenix's Hazlehurst Court scheme. The awarded provider will work creatively in partnership with the Council and Phoenix Community Housing Association (Phoenix). The contract will commence on 1st April 2023. The contract is for a period of three years, with the possibility of extensions totalling up to an additional two years, at the Council's discretion. The contract value is for PS525,200 per annum, equating to PS1,575,000 over three years, and PS2,626,000 if the extension period is utilised.
