These amended regulations include revised deadlines that extend certain dates previously set for late October 2028 to 23 February 2029, ensuring continued lawful operation of DPS arrangements established under the 2015 Regulations during the transition to the new regime. This notice therefore records the updated DPS end date and confirms its continued lawful operation within the revised statutory transition period. Dorset Council reserves the right to terminate the DPS prior to 23 February 2029."
