Provision of Physiotherapy Services
Notice Description
The Council invited suitably interested, qualified and experienced parties ("Tenderers") to participate in a tender exercise to establish a Contract for the Provision of Physiotherapy Services. The successful tenderer is required to provide the services described below and in the Tender Specification via the in-house Occupational Health Unit. The successful service provider is required to supply the services to other Local Authorities/schools in accordance with the Contract. The Occupational Health Unit is comprised of an Occupational Health Physician, Occupational Health Nurse Advisors, Physiotherapist and a Business Support Team. The service is managed by the Occupational Health Team Manager on a day to day basis and provides a service to the Council's employees and a range of Public Sector partners, totalling in the region of 10,000 individuals working across a wide range of trades and professions; including manual and administrative services.
