This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is to contract an organization that can support the selection, management, and contracting of international and national technical experts and consultants needed throughout the project period. A framework agreement will be signed with the selected organization which will be considered the Managed Service Provider (MSP) for Global Experts and Consultants - EU4Youth - Tunisia

Renewal: The Contract awarded will be valid from the 10th of January 2023 (Contract starting date) until 31st December 2024 (Contract end date) with an option for an extension for up to two additional years.
