Notice Description
The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) for Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary (HIOWC) have awarded a contract for the provision of a comprehensive cleaning service from a single supplier across the Police estate. The estate currently comprises in the region of 84 owned and leased buildings comprising operational, specialist and administrative sites with mixed levels of security comprising of open and restricted access.

The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) for Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary (HIOWC) have awarded a contract for the provision of a comprehensive cleaning service from a single supplier across the Police estate. The estate currently comprises in the region of 84 owned and leased buildings comprising operational, specialist and administrative sites with mixed levels of security comprising of open and restricted access.
Options: The contract will be an initial 5 years with an option to extend up to 2 further years (5+2).
Renewal: Once the contract has expired, it will be re-procured.
