Notice Description
We require a supplier of CO2 for our Swimming pools across the Edinburgh area including Schools.
Lot Information
All pool chemicals and associated requirements
We are looking for a supplier of swimming pool CO2. This will include, all ancillary items needed to run the gas including cylinders/tanks, regulators, CO2 monitors and any other equipment needed. Additional information: The statement for a Find a Tender Service (FTS) notice: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Options: Delivery of any other CO2 pool related equipment, product or service will also be made available through this agreement should it become available from the supplier and required by us. This is as long as it doesn't fall in line with any other agreement we have in place with an alternative supplier. This may also include new technologies as applicable and available.
Renewal: This will be run as a dynamic framework. As it is an Oligopoly market. Other suppliers may have the opportunity to bid every 3 years.
CO2We are looking for a suppliers of swimming pool related Chemicals. This specific lot is limited to CO2 gas and associated requirements. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Options: All associated requirements with regards to CO2 in Swimming pools will be in scope.
Renewal: For as long as we run swimming pools, and unless any major changes occur, we will always need this type of contract.
