Provision of Module Design and Facilitation Services for WBS LeadershipPlus FTMBA
Notice Description
The University of Warwick has a requirement to appoint a provider to support in the design and delivery of the Warwick Business School full time MBA LeadershipPlus module.In order to express interest in this opportunity please go to the University of Warwick In-Tend supplier portal (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/universityofwarwick).The University of Warwick is not a contracting authority for the purposes of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) and its procurement activities are not subject to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or the obligations under the European Public Procurement Directives, including the European Remedies Directive. Advertisement of any contract in the Official Journal of the European Union or Contracts Finder is at the sole discretion of the University and is undertaken on a voluntary basis with no implied obligation to comply with the procurement legislation.The closing date for tender submissions is Monday 16th January 2023 at 12 midday.

The University of Warwick has a requirement to appoint a provider to support in the design and delivery of the Warwick Business School full time MBA LeadershipPlus module.The module is expected to be delivered through a partnership approach between WBS and the appointed provider and will consist of five experiential workshops which last ten days in total. It is anticipated that the 2023/24 cohort will be split into two groups of sixty participants each for a total of twenty days of teaching delivered each academic year.In order to express interest in this opportunity please go to the University of Warwick In-Tend supplier portal (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/universityofwarwick).The University of Warwick is not a contracting authority for the purposes of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) and its procurement activities are not subject to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or the obligations under the European Public Procurement Directives, including the European Remedies Directive. Advertisement of any contract in the Official Journal of the European Union or Contracts Finder is at the sole discretion of the University and is undertaken on a voluntary basis with no implied obligation to comply with the procurement legislation.The closing date for tender submissions is Monday 16th January 2023 at 12 midday.
Options: If the service provider wisher to offer more than one solution to the services requirement, this should be contained within the response to Part 2 - Service Requirements document, with the options clearly marked. All requested information should be detailed clearly for each option offered.
Renewal: This agreement shall operate at a fixed price per annum for an initial period of three years with an option for the University of Warwick to offer an annual extension for a further two years subject to satisfactory performance.
