Notice Description
Provision of Arboricultural Services for Trees on Highway Land and Non-Highway Land. There are two (2) Lots which are: Lot 1. Arboricultural Services for Trees on Highway LandLot 2. Arboricultural Services for Trees on Non-Highway LandBidders may submit a tender return for one (1) or both Lots. The Council has decided to limit the number of Lots that may be awarded to a Bidder. Only one (1) Lot may be awarded to one Bidder. This means the two (2) Lots (contracts) will be awarded to two (2) separate economic operators.The Council shall apply rules (as per detailed in section 2.1 of Schedule 3 - Invitation to Tender Guidance) for determining which Lots will be awarded where the application of the award criteria would result in one tenderer being awarded more lots than the maximum number.

Options: This is a three (3) year contract with the option exercisable by the council to extend the contract for up to two (2) years subject to satisfactory performance; and therefore, has a total contract term of 60 months.
Renewal: This is a three (3) year contract with the option exercisable by the council to extend the contract for up to two (2) years subject to satisfactory performance; and therefore, has a total contract term of 60 months.
