The Contracting Authority gives prior notice that it intends to launch a procurement for qualified and experienced operators to enter into a 4 year framework agreement to provide employment support services in the London Borough of Southwark. The services are for specialist employment support to help Southwark residents further from the labour market back into work, or to progress in work. The Contracting Authority is seeking to procure a multi-lot framework of 9 lots of providers to provide the services to the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority envisages that this framework will be for used by the Contracting Authority. The Lots are as follows: Lot 1 Vulnerable young people Lot 2 People aged 50+ or with physical health conditions Lot 3 Mental health Lot 4 Learning difficulties and disabilities including autism Lot 5 Families / lone parents and carers Lot 6 Offenders Lot 7 Substance misuse Lot 8 Homelessness Lot 9 In work support The estimated total contract value is for all of the Lots (Lot1 to Lot 9) for the four year period. The call off contracts will be awarded for 2 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years. Price is not the only award criterion and all criteria will be stated in the procurement documents.
