The Vale of Glamorgan Council ("the Council") requires the provision of construction management services to complete the construction of 53no. new Council houses and apartments at Hayeswood Road, Barry ("the Services"). Additional information: The previous Main Contractor ceased trading on the 20th October 2022 and has become insolvent. Bidders are instructed to visit the site to establish the extent of the works completed so far, to determine the duration of the remaining works required to achieve practical completion and programme accordingly. Access arrangements can be made by contacting the Temporary Site Manager on 07849 309091.
