    "description": "The Services must ensure that the scheme will meet Welsh Government requirements as its benchmark standard and include Welsh Development Quality Requirements 2021 (\"WDQR 2021\"), Lifetime Homes, Secure By Design Gold Standard, the Building Regulations 2015 for Wales and achieve an EPC \"A\" rating. To ensure a full understanding of the Council's environment, Bidders are encouraged to review the Vale of Glamorgan Corporate Plan which is available on the Council's website www.valeofglamorgan.gov.uk.
