The Social Well-being Service will improve the health and well-being of the district. The Service will have 2 key priorities; to increase health and well-being and promote self-management. The Service will commence on 1.4.2017 and will be put in place for 4 (four) years; therefore the expiry date will be 31.3.2021. The Council may extend the Contract by up to 24 months, making the final possible expiry date 31.3.2023.
