Notice Description
The primary objective of this PQQ is for ABP to procure a PDP who will provide enhanced capability to ABP, and assume an appropriate degree of responsibility, for managing the delivery of the planning, design, construction, commissioning, maintenance and transition to operations mode, and to include cost management (monitoring, reporting and control) up to the conclusion of final account in accordance with ABP's time-certain, quality and budget objectives and priority themes for the FPT vision especially focused on Floating Offshore Wind development and delivery.
