DPS - Transportation Tender
Notice Description
The Contract is for the provision of transportation providers to provide Home to School Transport and Transport for Adult Clients both older people and with learning disabilities and complex needs. The purpose of this procurement is to establish a DPS for the provision of Transportation Services for Adults, Children, Looked After Children and Young People with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The term of the contract is for 4 years with the possibility of an optional 3-year extension. The intention is that the DPS is an entirely electronic process and routes will be awarded to providers on the DPS using reverse E-auction. The Council makes no guarantee of business / business volumes. The Council is seeking a diverse range of Adults, Children, Looked After Children and Young People's Transportation including cars, MPV's, minibuses, small and large accessible vehicles, larger buses and coaches of all sizes capable of transporting wheelchair users. There is no limit on the number of Service Providers who can be admitted and, additional Service Providers can join the DPS during the term of the DPS, subject to their applications meeting the Qualification requirements. Joining the DPS Transportation Providers wishing to join the DPS are required to review and agree the tender documentation and complete the online ITT via Capital E Sourcing. A pass or fail (set out in this document) for the Evaluation Criteria must be met/passed before the Provider will be admitted to the DPS. Floating Support Service for Rough Sleeper
The London Borough of Hillingdon are seeking providers to carry out the Rough Sleepers Services. Lot 1 is for a Floating Support Service. Further details of the full specification can be found within the tender pack on our tender portal www.capitalesourcing.com Lot 1 Floating Support Service The aim is for the Service to provide housing-related support to enable rough sleepers and those at risk of rough sleeping who have accepted an offer of accommodation to gain or regain the necessary skills to enable them to sustain their tenancy, live independently and participate in their community.
Options: Initial term for two years with an option to extend for a further five years dependent on grant funding becoming available.
Renewal: This will be dependent on whether additional grant funding becomes available at the end of the two year period and also will be reviewed at the end of the contract dependent on the needs of the service.
