Notice Description
Croydon Council seeks applications from suitability experienced providers of Residential, Nursing and Extra Care services. The purpose of the Service is to provide care, support and stimulation to those people in the client group for whom it is not appropriate, either in the short or longer term, to live in their own home. The Service Provider should offer Residents the opportunity to enhance their quality of life by providing a safe, manageable and comfortable home environment. This Contract is split into two lots as detailed below.

Lot1 Residential and Nursing Care Provision
LOT 1: Description Heavers Court: registered nursing home for over 65s, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions and physical disabilities Addington Heights: registered nursing home for over 65s, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions and physical disabilities Langley Oaks: registered residential home for over 65s, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions and physical disabilities Further information is in the full specification available on www.londontenders.org.
Renewal: Initial term of 5 years with a possible two 5 year extensions (5+5+5)
