Notice Description
South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of emergency, urgent care and non-emergency healthcare services, along with logistics services. In total SCAS, SCAS owns, leases or licences 110 buildings SCAS is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to provide Mechanical and Electrical, Building Fabric and Specialist Maintenance Services. The annual value of this combination PPM, remedial and reactive works contract is approx. PS2m per annum. The contract will be for a period of 5 years with an option to extend for a further period of up to 2 years to a maximum term of 7 years.
