Notice Description

NIE Networks wishes to establish framework agreements with suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the Provision of Grounds Maintenance Services for its many sites throughout the province. The maintenance of the grounds and surrounding areas of NIE Networks many sites is vital, not only to reduce interruptions to electricity supply, but to protect the health and safety of employees, contractors and members of the public. It is anticipated that the contract will comprise the following; Perimeter security check, General safety check, Weed Control, Litter removal, Graffiti Removal, Grass Cutting, Hedge and Vegetation Control, Gritting/Salting of Premises as required, Keeping access points clear, and Reporting and Performance Measurement.
