NHS Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board (HWE ICB) invites tender responses from suitably qualified providers to deliver a Children & Young People's Therapeutic Health Based Coaching Service across Southend, Essex and Thurrock. The service is being commissioned by Herts and West Essex ICB as the lead commissioner on behalf of the county and in conjunction with NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board and NHS Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board as associate commissioners. The Therapeutic Health Based Coaching Service will deliver support to parents and carers of children and young people who live in Essex and who have been in contact with the Southend, Essex and Thurrock Children's and Adolescent Mental Health Service (SET CAMHS) and are receiving treatment. The service will also act as an additional support element for families who are experiencing anxiety, depression or require support in their current situation.

The service is being commissioned by Herts and West Essex ICB as the lead commissioner on behalf of the county and in conjunction with NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board and NHS Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board as associate commissioners. The key outcomes of the service are to: * Provide therapeutic support to families who are facing the additional challenges of emotional well-being, anxiety, low mood etc. affecting a child or young person; * Encourage communication between family members * Explore any fears, anxieties, difficulty or distress * Help with conflict and conflict resolution skills * Help reduce feelings of isolation * Identify and facilitate ways to address contributing factors in their daily lives * Gain insight into, and explore strategies to improve, their situation * Find practical solutions to the daily challenges The full scope of the services to be delivered are contained within the Invitation to Tender pack which can be found within the e-Tendering portal. Additional information: The maximum contract value of the 3-year period is PS1,220,400 (excl. VAT). This is the total on which the financial evaluation will be based. The total aggregate value of the contract, including potential extensions, is PS2,034,000 (excl. VAT). During the life of the contract the Authority may bring in additional services up to a max total aggregate of PS2,500,000 (excl. VAT).
Options: The initial contract is for a period of 3-years with the option to extend for a further 2-years (1st May 2026 - 30th April 2028).
Renewal: The initial contract is for a period of 3-years with the option to extend for a further 2-years (1st May 2026 - 30th April 2028).
