Provision of Operation, Maintenance & Management of CHPP & Boiler Park
Notice Description
Sellafield Ltd has a requirement for an Operation Maintenance and Management Agreement for its existing Combined Heat and Power Plant (CHPP) and Boiler Park at the Fellside site, which is adjacent to the Sellafield nuclear site in Cumbria, North West England. <br/><br/>The duration of the agreement is six years with an option to extend for up to two years. The estimated value of the 8-year contract is PS128M.<br/><br/>The agreement is expected to commence in mid-2025.<br/><br/>Sellafield Ltd expect to issue the Selection Questionnaire (SQ) in mid-August 2023.

Sellafield Ltd published a Prior Information Notice (PIN) on 9th August 2021 (reference 2021/S000-019204) and held a webinar on 1st September 2021 to advise interested suppliers of the upcoming opportunity and to see feedback on aspects of it.
Sellafield Ltd now wishes to provide an update on the progress of the opportunity and make interested suppliers aware of future market engagement events and a visit to the Fellside Facility.
